San Bao massage

San Bao massage originated in China, linked to Buddhist culture and ancient Eastern medicine. San Bao literally means the "3 treasures" and refers to Jing, Qi and Shen (essence, vitality and spirit) which are: Physical, Psychic, and Energetic.

San Bao massage is a holistic manual approach aimed primarily at relaxing and toning muscles based on the stimulation of reflex points.

In addition to energy stimulation, San Bao techniques also include palpation techniques on muscles and joints.

San Bao massage uses fluid movements, consisting primarily of superficial effleurage, sliding pressure, smoothing, kneading, deep pressure on energy points, and rocking. Rotation and vibration movements are also included.

The rhythm of the massage is sometimes slow, sometimes fast. The manual maneuvers cover the entire body of the person and concern the muscles, joints and especially the reflex points.

San Bao massage is a highly effective relaxation massage. It tones the body and promotes blood, energy, and lymphatic circulation.

It also restores harmony between the physical and mental by stimulating energy blockages.
